Extra Work = Extra Points / Questions to ask a member of Congress
So next week we start our project that examines the workings of the Legislative branch of the United States government. We will create a mock House of Representatives and a mock Senate and work to pass a bill into a law.
In the process, members of congress may be asked to talk with members of the press. The press will ask questions and these questions will help us better understand the awesome responsibilities and challenges facing congressmen/congresswomen.
For extra points I will be asking you to help me create and select questions that our press pool can ask the members of congress.
The breakdown is as such;

For extra points I will be asking you to help me create and select questions that our press pool can ask the members of congress.
The breakdown is as such;
- The National Press (CNN/ABC/USA Today/Fox News) will ask questions that focus on the betterment of the nation. They may also ask questions that focus on what the political party's goals are.
- The Local Press (Detroit FreePress/Chicago Tribune/San Francisco Chronicle) will ask questions that focus on the betterment of the region the representative is from. What will the people that voted them into office think about the issue?
Create at least one question for each member of the press.
More than one question is more than welcome and points will follow.
